The Russell E. McClure Collection covers the career of native Wichitan, Russell E. McClure, beginning in 1927 and ending with his death in 1974. The papers in the collection are grouped under three main headings: Employment, International City Managers Association, and General. Under these headings are various official documents, speeches, reports, correspondence, and photographs which relate to McClure's managerial service in municipal government.
