is granted to examine the manuscripts, it is not an authorization to publish

Content note:
The Clifford K. Berryman Collection of Political Cartoons contain some newspaper
clippings of Berryman's work dating from 1941 to 1949. Berryman was a Cartoonist
for The Star of Washington, D.C. His cartoons won him the Pulitzer Prize, a
permanent place in the Library of Congress Cabinet of American Illustration
and a display as part of the pictorial history of the Supreme Court. Berryman
attended Fairmount College(WSU) in 1902-03.
