Content note:
The collection is one single sheet advertising the sale of buffalo robes, as well as other skins and manufactured goods. The advertisement comes from a New York company in the 1860s and illustrates the vast quantity of pelts that arrived in New York during the height of the buffalo slaughter.

Acquisition: Purchased from the Wi11iam Reese Company, New Haven, Connecticut, in October 1987
