Box 1 FF 1 Contains two letters written in 1820 and 1825. These lettters contain autographs of British officials serving in India during the above dates.
Box 1 FF 2 Contains four letters written by British officials dated 1848, 1849, 1856, and 1868. These letters contain the autographs of the governor-generals that served in India during the above dates. Lord Canning served during the India Mutiny in 1856-1857.
Box 1 FF 3 Contains several letters and autographs dated 1871-1881 written by British and Indian officials serving in India during British rule.
Box 1 FF 4 Contains five letters and autographs dated 1880-1887 written by British and Indian officials serving in India during British rule.
Box 1 FF 5 Contains several letters and autographs dated 1892-1899 written by British and Indian officials serving in India during British rule.
Box 1 FF 6 Contains several handwritten and typed letters plus various autographs dated 1902-1954. They were written by British and Indian officials during and after the time of British rule. There is one autograph dated January 11, 1947 of Jawaharlal Nehru, Prime Minister of India.
Box 1 FF 7 Contains various undated letters and autographs written by British and Indian officials serving in India during British rule. Many of these letters contain brief biographical sketches of these people written by the original collector.
Box 1 FF 8 Contains various photographs and engravings of British and Indian officials, two of which are dated 1937 and 1944. Some of these photographs contain brief biographical sketches written by the original collector.
Box 2 FF 1 Contaisn a document concerning the appointment of the said Thomas Miller, Gentleman Lieutenant, to the rank of Captain in the King's Army in the East Indies only, January 8, 1832. It contains the autographs of British officials.
Box 2 FF 2 Contains various letters, autographs and photographs written by various British and Indian officials serving in India during British rule. They are still mounted on numbered pages and contain brief biographical sketches written by the original collector. This information dates from 1806 to 1951.
