Content note:
Most of the correspondence in this collection is addressed to James Irving and
deals with buying and selling of stocks and bonds in England during 1850-1877.
Legal documents and ledgers concern various estates in the Campbelltown area,
including Tangy, Inveryne and Killean. Also included are documents related to
the settlement of Alexander Greenlees estate and various agreements made between
Alexander MacAlister and Charles MacTaggart.Also included are documents related
to the settlement of Alexander Greenlees estate and documents of Alexander MacAlister,
Matthew Gray and Charles MacTaggart.
