Series 2 Box 1 FF 8 - 16 Memorabilia. This box contains memorabilia related to the club's programs.
Series 3 Box 2 Scrapbook. This box contains articles written by Rea Woodman regarding the Fairmount Library Club, and its activities.
Series 4 Box 3 Member's Handbooks, 1901-. These files contain lists of the past presidents, the year's program, and membership directories.

Series 3 - Scrapbooks
Box 2 FF 1 This file includes photocopied photographs of Rea Woodman and one photograph of Woodman taken in 1947. Also includes a copy of a 1931 poem entitled "Hope, With Downcast Eyes" by Rea Woodman.
Box 2 FF 2 Articles. This file includes transcriptions and photocopies of 1931 Wichita Eagle articles regarding the early history of the Fairmount Library Club written by Rea Woodman. The original copies are included in the scrapbook. Also included is a biography of Rea Woodman.
Box 2 FF 3 Scrapbook. This scrapbook includes these items: 24 articles written by Rea Woodman regarding the early activities of the Fairmount Library Club; an October 3, 1964 photograph of Fairmount Library Club members; a letter from General Services Administration regarding Mary Stewart dated October 19, 1966; and a typed copy of the 1893 constitution of the Fairmount Library Club.
