Series 2 Box 1, FF4, FF8 Design Notes, undated. Contains notes on airplane design and airplane description.
Series 3 Box 1, FF5-7 Correspondence, 1936-1976.
SubSeries 1 Box 1, FF5 Contains correspondence concerning airplane certification with the Department of Commerce, 1936.
SubSeries 2 Box 1, FF6 Contains correspondence of Sam Bloomfield during retirement, 1956-1976.
SubSeries 3 Box 1, FF7 Contains Swallow business correspondence, notes, papers, and clippings related to Swallow's business activities, 1936-1939.

Series 7 Box 2, FF1-10 Scrapbook and Contents, 1937-1976. Contains a scrapbook and contents with clippings, photos, and memorabilia of and about Swallow and E. B. Christopher.
Series 8 Box 3 University Notebooks and Related Materials, 1926-1929. Contains personal student notebooks by Mr. Bloomfield, as well as printed materials, notes, blueprints, and other materials from Mr. Bloomfield's university studies.

Box 1 FF 1 Notebook. Contains notes on Swallow airplanes' shipping, shipping costs, insurance, materials, and various sales and technical information on Swallow airplanes. Typewritten, handwritten, and pasted-in printed material, dated 1935-1936. [This appears to be a salesman's or engineer's self complied quick reference book.]
Box 1 FF 2 Notebook. Contains handwritten notes in English and German.
Box 1 FF 3 Notebook. Contains handwritten airplane design notes and calculations.

Box 1 FF 5 Correspondence, certification. Contains correspondence with the Department of Commerce concerning Swallow Model C certification. Typewritten and carbon copy, dated 1936.
Box 1 FF 6 Correspondence, retirement. Contains correspondence with the Smithsonian Instutition concerning Swallow engineering drawings, the Smithsonian's copying of those drawings, Swallow airplanes, and the history of Swallow. Some correspondence to and from Mr. Bloomfield concerning aviation history. Typewritten, carbon copies and photocopies, dated 1956, 1962, 1965, and 1976.
Box 1 FF 7 Correspondence, business, 1936-1939. Contains business correspondence of the Swallow Company, employment agreement, clippings on sales, information on airplane parts and engines, blank sales agreement. Handwritten, newspaper clippings, magazine clipping, printed, photocopy and telegrams.
