Description: Residence of William H. and Elenora V. Morgan at 1512 Park Place. Morgan was a farmer and had purchased the house about 1909 from Harry L. and Blanche Osborne. Osborne had been the Vice President of Van Arsdale-Osborne Brokerage Company and had built the house about 1902. Mrs. Morgan lived in the house until 1926. After standing vacant for a time, Alonzo A. and Margaret Towner bought the house in 1928. Towner was a chemist for the Red Star Milling Company.
